How to tell boss I’m leaving via an email. Is this good? I work remotely does email is best.

“Hi Random Name,

I’ve sent CLIENTS NAME report to BOSS 1 NAME and BOSS 2 NAME an email on her status. To keep you abreast, She is currently a JOB at EMPLOYER. She is not looking for JD services but willing to next year for a temporary role during the summer time.

I am also providing two weeks’ notice and will be withdrawing from my position as an Employment Specialist. My last day of employment will be December 6th.

I will be sure to get my reports in early this month so you have time to revise them as needed. I am aiming to have them in by December 3rd. As requested, I will provide screenshots of applications applied for as well.

Furthermore, December 9th - 17th I will be traveling to Italy for a wedding as noted in an email I sent you a few months ago. However, I will still be available via email for any last minute corrections (keep in mind the time difference) you may have.

Please let me know if I can provide any assistance with the transition. I would be glad to provide whatever support I can during my remaining time. You can also contact me with any questions on my non-work email, PERSONAL EMAIL. However, I do kindly ask you refrain from contacting my husband as he requested to not be contacted any further and it would be more efficient to speak to me directly.

I wish you and the company success in the future. Thank you so much for all the support you have provided me during my time with THE COMPANY”
