How to confront colleague for giving me unfair tasks?

This is my (19F) first non-internship job and so far (one month) it's going great. I'm trying my best and I work and study and send money to my family. I work 3 days a week and 2 of those on the weekend. How it works is that every day there's a different person "in charge" and those usually have been the longest at the company. We work at a bakery that also offers breakfast and dining in/coffee. Now, one of my colleagues (one of the few men at our branch) is usually in charge on the weekends, and he usually gives us tasks on what to do. There are 4 big tasks 1. Washing the dishes 2. Making coffee 3. Making breakfast 4. Serving customers (they pick what bakes goods they want) So far, every time I worked on weekends, he makes me do the dishes. Apparently, no one else likes to do that, and I'm the new kid. My problem is, from all the clattering noise and carrying (it's constant movement and carrying and I have a small built) I don't even get a break and work 7 hours continuously, no stopping and usually no help until I literally begged for it cause my back was aching badly. I wanted to confront him about this, because I don't think it's fair to make me do one thing the whole day, every single time, especially since I'm not that good at it it. It's a "self service" place so people stack up a ton of stuff on top of each other, so it's very easy to break something with a tiny wrong move. I just want him to occasionally give me different tasks but I don't wanna be a snitch and tell our bigger boss.

Oh and I forgot to mention: this guy is quite aggressive, never friendly, and I have some fear of such men based on past experiences.
