How do I tell my boss that I’m leaving the firm!?

Going to tell my boss that I’m quitting. My last day will be December 13th preferably. I don’t have a job yet...I’ve had interviews at other PR firms & I do have a plan in place. So I don’t know what to tell her when she’ll ask why I don’t want to work there anymore.

I’m the only full time employee, I’m burnt out, & I’m tired of her fussing at me & clients. I’m pretty overworked but I’m not going to tell her these things & I don’t want to try to fix them at that firm again because it ain’t work. So. What do I say exactly?
