This might seem like a silly question to ask, but should I create a resumé when I've only had two prior jobs and no college education?

I've always been under the impression that you should create a resumé when you've had a few jobs under your belt and maybe some sort of college education or apprenticeship program or volunteering. I've only had two jobs (one of which was only seasonal) and my education only extends as far as graduating high school, so is it really worth it to write up a resumé when I have such limited experience?
