Overworked at IT Phone Support

I work at a college phone support, im also a student and have a very high work ethic for myself i work close to ~30 hours a week ( the max is 20 but my boss just made me supervisor after me only being here 10 months, most get promoted at a year 1/2 so i was honored) but between school and having to decide about grad school I’ve found myself in a pickle of being tired (i work 8-3 and then go to class till 11PM) and over worked. Is this normal? Can anyone relate? My mental health has plummeted. If you got this far i appreciate it hope everyones having a great night.
