How do you deal with not getting a responses on jobs?

So it's really discouraging when you constantly apply, rework and redo your resume over and over, rewrite cover letters, but never get a simple call for an interview or really even a rejection saying "hey we decided to go elsewhere." It doesn't help mental health and it really makes wanting to apply for other jobs less and less appealing. How do you all cope?
