Having a lot of anxiety about leaving a job

Well, I wanted to give my notice next Thursday at my one-on-one with my boss but she told me today that we can do my annual review instead. I was already stressed/anxious about having this conversation with her but now I have to do it right after she does my review.

How do I handle this as professionally as possible?

I just hate for her to give me positive feedback or constructive criticism moving forward then me have to be like, “Actually, I’m putting in my notice...”
