I’m 20 now I’m able to grow a beard, I first got hired at a grocery store at 17. I see supervisors all with beards and every grocery store around me has employees with beards. I’ve always been clean shaven however I’ve got a history with eczema and acne. Pretty much my dermatologist told me clean shave is horrible for my skin atm, my acne is healing up and eczema has cleared since using a machine to trim my facial hair I keep it at around 2mm so it’s clean and tidy. My boss told me off the other day for having stubble I didn’t mention eczema or medical stuff to him but he’s a really rude person sometimes I carry my shirt in my bag due to University incase they call me in, I got called in yesterday and my shirt was wrinkly from my bad but i came in on my day off work after I had university to help them out and he tells me off about having a little wrinkle in my shirt after I helped them out coming in when someone called sick.
