Accepting a Job With Lot of Stress but Lots of Growth, Or Job with Less Stress But Little Growth

I'm in the biotech field and I'm considering 2 jobs. Job 1 is in a big company and they pay really well but it involves a lot of very long hours and the work environment is very competitive. I didn't really like the atmosphere when I went to interview and I felt like a lot of interviewers were trying to trip me up a bunch of times. One of my would-be coworkers was clearly irritated I was interviewed for her same job title even though I have less experience than she does. Some of them were nice, most of them were exhausted from their work, and one of the senior directors was on his phone the whole time and ended the interview early. The job position involves a lot of work I'm really passionate about and lots of growth potential but it seems like people just hate working there and the work culture is bad. I would gain so much more technical knowledge and be much more valuable in my field if I worked in this position, but I feel I would hate myself.

The second job has a very lax and comfortable work culture. I really like the people I interviewed with and could see myself enjoy working there. The pay isn't as good but it's enough for me to be comfortable. The environment isn't competitive at all and there's more focus on team-building, which I prefer. They also don't want people to work really late or on the weekends which is a major plus for me. The downside is that the job functions are really easy and I don't get to learn as much as I would in the more stressful job. I wish that I could combine the job role of the first position with the culture of the second but I can't. So now I have to choose between a stressful job with very high growth potential, or a relatively easy job with low growth.

This would only be my second full time job of my career so I'm not sure which one is worth it. Just for reference, I'm in my mid-twenties and am capable of working very stressful and long hours now but would be less able to later on in my life. I'm also at the point of my life where I really want to work with nice people. What should I choose?
