So I don’t meet a major requirement yet I mistakenly applied and got an interview...

I applied for an internship at a public authority one week ago. Few days ago I got an invitation for a phone interview. I accepted it and it’s scheduled for next week. Now I realize I made a mistake. They require you to be a full time student and I am part time though I plan to be full time next semester. I missed reading it. Now my question is should I tell them that I am not a full- time student before the interview, during or after the interview or not tell them at all and try my luck. The last option might get me blacklisted if they find out however I am worried that if I go for the first or second option then I will lose the opportunity and never get it again and I really want to work with them. What should I do?
