Question: If I've received the Official Offer for a federal position, does that mean that the background check is complete?

Title, basically. I started the background check process on 8/27/19 after receiving the tentative offer. On 9/18/19 I received the official offer.

Is it over? Can I relax now? I don't have a criminal record or anything but I have some medical debt and tax filing extensions that I mentioned on the forms.

My start date is Monday and I just want to chill and enjoy the new position.
