Need to create new job title for promotion.

I am currently on maternity leave and will be promoted when I return. I get to create my job title and want to ensure it suits the job and also conveys the salary level I have achieved if I were to move to a different company. My current title is Database Administrator for a geological exploration company. I will still be in charge of all the database requirements but also handle all exploration software and training, streamlining all data collection and have people underneath me. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
