Minimum Acceptable Rate

I am a chess coach, and I have set prices for single lessons and group classes that I give.

However, someone has reached out to me who has a chess education site who is in need of coaches. He asked me what my minimum acceptable rate is. Should I give him the figure or should I point out that he is making the job offer, so he should tell me his offer is?
