I got offered a job today after being in an exhausting burnt-out infused job for 2 years!! But now, I still dont know how to negotiate my pay and they offered me the minimum rate, which is like 30 cents less than what I make now...I've accepted the job (I'm very nervous on the spot and didnt think all of this through until afterwards) and they just want to know when I would like to start, how can I negotiate my pay at this point?
