Accepted an offer letter and now I’m reconsidering... help!

Hello,

I recently started working at a company which was a step up in my career and the pay is good as well. But a week ago I got offered a job from a very big company, G, and the position isn’t a step up and the pay is $20k less than what the company I started with is paying me. I accepted the offer with G but now I’m reconsidering because I feel like I’m going backwards in my career.

Would it be unadvised if I told them I could no longer continue? If I do, am I able to reapply to a different position down the line or will be blacklisted?
