It’s like you are damned if you already have a job they don’t like you and when you are unemployed they like you even less. In the past I’ve had someone who knew I was planning to leave a new job turn me down just because I already had a job even though they said they would give me a shot. And telling them that you are currently looking for a new job to leave your old job makes them decide not to hire you. It makes me wonder how on earth are some people getting 2 and 3 jobs.
