So I sent in my resignation a couple weeks ago for early next month giving them enough time to transition and for me to train new staff. Except he's been basically threatening to fire the trainee for every mistake he makes, blamed the other one for not having a meeting with him despite the fact he left urgently and didn't come back until likely after 10pm that night and now today he basically just came into the office screaming about threatening to fire everybody for pretty unavoidable circumstances and I really just don't feel like I deserve to be treated like that and I'd honestly be shocked if the trainees want to stay after that and I feel like he's trying to make my life as hard as possible now. I don't really know what to do. If I leave then the company will be in a rough spot because I handle most of the accounts/operations/auditing and all the company staff are overworked as it is.
