Is it normal to feel like you don’t know what you’re doing on a professional job?

I have had a fair bit a jobs throughout high school and college that I did okay in. I graduated in Finance, started working for a Broker and I genuinely feel stupid now. I have been here 9.5 months and I feel behind and like I don’t know much about my specific department. I still have to ask 10+ questions daily because there always, always, seems to be something I have not seen/done before.

The whole question thing gets old, and I have anxiety about them getting mad at my pacing. It just seems like there’s so many parts to the job, I cannot remember everything. I have two notebooks full of notes, but there’s always that one special request/situation that I have no idea how to handle. It’s like I focus on one aspect of the job, then the other parts of the job start slipping from me. I use my notebook everyday constantly.
