Is going to this interview with long hair really going to impede my chances of getting this position?

So, I applied for a property manager position in my area that was posted on Craigslist. The jobs focuses on maintaining the apartment complex and property, as well as, some some managerial duties. I ended up talking to someone on the phone about the position and he seems interested in me. I'm looking to call him back tomorrow to set up a time to meet up.

I am a long haired male, with wavy hair down to my shoulders and a beard on my face that is shaped to my face (approximately 3 inches long). I don't want to cut my hair for the interview and then not get the job. I really like my long hair and I feel comfortable with it. However, if it came down to it I would be willing to cut it to get the position. Thoughts? What should I do? What would be the best way to wear it?
