Not really sure whether to answer this truthfully or not in job applications. I got a job right out of college that I was grossly under-qualified for and thus was let go from. I haven't been including it in my resume or listing it in work experience in job applications but should I be answering this question as "yes" in job applications, and then just explaining the situation if they ask? Not sure if they would find out anyways if I answered no.
