I am on my third month. There are days where I'm at the top of my game and then others where I'm a mess filled with mistakes. My performance seems inconsistent. There are also days where it feels like I am finally understanding their process then suddenly I'm hit with another direction of process.
Surprisingly, during my first evaluation my supervisor said I was meeting expectations but still have a lot to learn. Which is a comforting thought but not really a guarantee.
When Im worried or need help I ask questions but it feels like I'm annoying and still need guidance. Which I do especially because I'm still new and coming from a different industry. But they want me to immediately adapt and know the ropes not just learn them.
Now, my thoughts keep veering into I won't pass my 6 month probationary period. So, I am figuring out my next steps and how I can make sure it won't affect my job hunt or next job.
But I am scared of how I can explain why i didn't pass to potential employers. How will I get a job to take a chance on me if I didn't even pass my probationary period?
