Turning down a great offer because I wanted to put family first.

I had this great job offer today, a job that I always wanted,but after serious consideration, I've decided to turn it down because it requires 50% of travel time to overseas. I have a toddler and have been trying to have a second child. I just dont think I'm up to the challenge... I worked hard to get where I'm today and I feel bad to let this opportunity go but I just dont wanna sacrifice my family for my career... thanks for reading.
