Question for Business jobs

I'm going to school for an undergrad in accounting, and a major in finance. I'm going back to school so I'm 23 and most of my job experience is in technician support. This is not what I want for career, I want something with accounting, or banking.

I can get a lot of jobs in tech support, I work for IBM right now. However, I want to get any job dealing with experience pertaining to my field of schooling. However, no bank or financial institution ever looks or calls me up for an interview.

Should I not worry about until I get my associates or should I take a quick books class? I know I will learn quick books this upcoming semester... I think.
