Today, I heard back from UBS and was invited to take 2 assessment tests. The UBS Cultural Appraiser and Elements Numerical. I'm not too concerned about the Cultural Appraiser because I think it just regards my background and asks me about what decisions I would make in various scenarios. However, I am quite concerned about the Elements Numerical. I did some research and apparently, it is a numerical reasoning test by Korn Ferry.
I decided to try it out just to see what the questions are like (without a calculator) on https://www.jobtestprep.co.uk and I got an embarrassing poor score.
Is there any way to prepare for these types of tests, without buying some kind of a test prep package?
What are some good free resources I can use to prepare for the numerical reasoning test?
Do you have experience taking a cultural appraiser / numerical reasoning test? Any pointers?
Additionally, if you have any tips or advice on applying to UBS, I would greatly appreciate it!
