How seriously should I take Glassdoor reviews about companies I'm applying to?

A temp agency is contacting me to have me apply to a call center and the pay seems decent and even though it's temp and there's no job security, I still need money as I have loan bills coming up. I also want SOME experience in an office environment because I have none. The reviews are really bad like "they micromanage everything" and "there's a lot of favoritism" and they all have pretty low scores. Should I trust reviews? And are temp jobs from a staffing agency really that bad?
