In my last corporate job (software implementation), I was put in a no-win position. Expectations were super high, support was low, humanity non-existent. It was hell.
Now I am interviewing again. But despite my experience, I am not sure what questions to ask. Besides outright shady behavior, how can you tell if a company is going to treat you with decency? What are your questions for ferreting out whether a job will be fair, tough, or insane? And what other issues do you try to determine before taking a job?
