I think that flair is the right one?
Anyway, last week I was hired at a new company. I had one phone interview and was called two days later saying I got the job. I was then sent instructions for a pre-screening (background check and drug test). I passed the pre-screening and was then sent an email for me to fill out an I-9 form and complete onboarding tasks on the companies website (direct deposit info, emergency contacts, etc). I completed the I-9 and onboarding on Friday (April 26th) and sent an email to the hiring manager, as instructed. I heard nothing all weekend, so after my current job yesterday I called the hiring manager and left a voicemail just to confirm that he received the email. I still haven’t heard anything back regarding orientation or a start date and I’m not sure how long I should wait until I try to reach out to the company again. I don’t want to seem too pushy, but I also don’t want to come off as uncaring. Should I just wait?
