I will be graduating from a 3-year civil engineering technology program by the end of this month and I need advice on career planning. I have recently had interviews with Aecon(Survey Assistant, Permanent) and City of Toronto(Technical Trainee, 4-months Term). Both applications are in the reference checking stage and I would expect offers from both places. Assuming they both pay around $20/hour, which offer should I take?
PS: My ultimate goal is to work for the city/government within the civil engineering field of work
