Money vs Culture?

I’ve been given an opportunity to be promoted within my company which is great, however, I would be moved to a different location and that location does not have a very good culture. The person leaving the role that I would be taking is taking a lateral move out and she had only been there a year. I would like to get this promotion and it would take me from hourly to salary, but I would be sad to leave my current workplace and boss who have ALL been nothing but wonderful to me. Also, I’m a very sensitive person and I’d be scared to be forced to leave the company if I couldn’t take the bad culture any longer.
