Leaving a job you like over lazy coworkers, irrational?

So, I like my job, my responsibilities, alot of the people in the office. It would be amazing, BUT

I have super lazy coworkers on my direct team. They routinely go on like 3-4 hour lunch breaks, will show up at 12 and leave at 3, work from home for 6-7 days in a row. It all nets into disportionate workload for me. Like i can still handle my workload, but it probably increases the stress of my position from 2/10 ( I am completely on top of my workload) to 7/10 ( always cutting things closer than comfortable).

Would this be enough for you to leave? It may bother me more than it should that they go on 3 hour lunch breaks some days, but on the other hand, i am getting additional request due to them not being in the office, so maybe its natural to feel this way and want to leave?

i talked to the department head and he will just send vague emails trying to crack down on it, and it hasnt really changed
