So when an interviewer is telling me about the job and then asks me a question, I go back to what they were describing and say I can do that, and then move on to the question.
For example. Interviewer: this company was made in the 1700s, it's a great fun family place. What we do here is fast-paced, and you have to multitask well. The work is very rewarding however. Blah blah blah blah blah blah. So tell me about yourself.
Me: I have experience working in a fast place company. I would often have to multitask daily. As for myself, I blah blah blah blah blah.
Is this good tactic, or should I just answer the question without highlighting stuff I've already done within the description or when they're giving examples of what it's like to work there?
