Again I would really appreciate it! I was hired here at this job as a transportation coordinator, and I basically became their IT person. Everything listed in the duties is things I already have been doing. I am just not sure if this pay increase is fair. I already make 13.07 per hour (40 hours a week) as a transportation coordinator. I don't have a degree or anything, but I know their systems and the processes and they are extremely dependent on me. I told them I was leaving and they had this to offer to me within a week...

I don't know if this breaks any rules but I really need some advice here, I'm going to gild anyone who gives me any good advice here.
