Having an interview in a cafe, still wear a suit and tie?

Hey all!

I have an interview tomorrow for an IT position with a coffee chain. The interview is just with an HR recruiter at one of the cafes, rather than their corporate HQ. After some research, I've noticed they boast a casual company culture.

Since the interview will be at a cafe, is only with HR, and the culture seems casual, would it be wrong for me to think that a suit is overkill? I understand that it's not bad to be overdressed, but perhaps if I present myself as too formal, I might be perceived an unfit for their culture.
