Coworker is CEO's nephew. Need advice.

I just found out that a co worker of mine that I work VERY closely with is the nephew of the CEO of the entire company. Has anyone else ever had this experience? Would this make you want to quit? I originally thought my team was so chill but now now I feel awkward saying anything in front of him or complaining about any aspect of my job cause idk what he will say to the CEO. We are both around the same age [M 23] and he is super chill but from now I feel like I'm going to be walking on eggshells. Our desks are side by side btw.
