Prospective college grad here. I interned at a think tank last summer (think 120-ish employees) and, to my shock, four new positions were added in one day. I've drafted cover letters for all of them, and planned to apply - the positions are in events, development, research and comms, which I all have experience in. This is my dream company, so I didn't think anything was wrong...but I don't know if it'll look bad to the hiring manager to see I submitted applications to all. Should I shoot my shot, or only apply to 1-2?
