Bridging personal to professional gap

Hey guys

I recently had a job open up with a company I interned with this summer. I know a lot of people within the company and the ones that would possibly be doing the interview if selected.

I need some advice on maintaining the professional aspect during potential phone screens and interviews to ensure that they maintain respect and know that I'm the best fit for the job. Has anyone been in a similar situation to where they would be able to shed some light?
