Bad interview at my dream job, feeling sick!

I had an interview at my dream job, but I got nervous and couldn't fully explain two of the technical questions!

I admitted to the person asking me that I have not done that technique in quite some time, but asked him to refresh my knowledge of it. I got some parts of it initially but after trying to work through it for a couple seconds I admitted defeat.

The other was during another person where I wasn't really sure what they were asking me, but I eventually got it with some guidance. Ugh!

Am I totally screwed? Other than those two I felt the interview went well. How would a hiring manager proceed with this information.
