My husband has been working at the same corporate restaurant for 15 years (his second job ever). He worked his way up from cook to kitchen manager and then general manager 3-4 years ago. He’s objectively very good at his job but is completely miserable and ready to move on, preferably getting out of managing restaurants. I’m looking for advice on other types of jobs he would be qualified for without a degree. Does the fact that he’s been with this one company so long hurt or help him? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
