Some help: For the first time, I am in a stable job but have an interview for a potential jump up.

A year ago I made the jump to my first full-time position from working multiple part-time jobs. This job has been fantastic for me. I am part of a small management team. The higher ups recognize and value my skills and potential and there is even talk of moving me up the ladder. There is great potential for growth in the company. Just in the year I've been here, I was given a lateral promotion to a different department (we had just passed the big rush in January, and I was moved to be in charge of the annual store inventory).

That all being said, I am still barely scrapping by. I occasionally check posted jobs just for fun mostly, and a week ago saw that a position opened up at a large, well-known art institution that is a cornerstone of my city. It seems their ladder is worded a bit different but the position would basically be me jumping to where my store manager is. Since I've been being trained in and have now had experience with all the major components of that job, I applied, and today I received an email asking for an interview.

TL;DR: I have a position capable of growth, but have an interview for a job that would potentially allow me to realize that growth now. This is the first time I haven't been desperate for a job, but actually have the ability to feel out and see if what they are offering is good for me. How do I do this? How do I tell them I am happy where I am but if they sell me they'll have me? What questions do I ask?

Thanks in advance
