Should I be honest about not having a university degree through the interview process?

I just had a 20 minute phone screen with a recruiter that went extremely well. She already invited me to the next stage of the interview process which is a 30 min interview with a member of the team. Problem is, I told her that I graduated from a University, when I ended up dropping out. The role itself states "bachelor's or equivalent experience" so I really feel like if I had been honest, it might not have mattered. I have the experience to back up my qualifications, but I'm scared that further down the interview process they will find out I was lying when they run the background check on me. I know for a fact they will check my educational background because they are a large tech company. Should I be transparent about it and let her know now since it's still early? Or do I wait until I even get offered the role to come clean?
