Reasonable Raise Ask?

Hi all,

I’ve been working PT (15h/w) at a church for three years now, as stated in the contract I signed when I was hired in 2016z I have my annual review tonight and I intend to ask for a raise. I’m in good standing, do my job well and the congregation likes me. I make $20/h now, would it be reasonable for me to ask for $25/hour? I’m open to negotiation but I wonder if that’s too high a starting point.
