I applied to a job that seemed to be a good fit, they are interested in moving along in the interview process. However, an ex-coworker who now works there contacted me and told me to avoid this place at all costs because they lie to you during the interview process about their technology and their management is incredibly racist. Reading Glassdoor reviews for the team I would be on confirms this...
How do I gracefully back out of this? It's not like I have a different offer to accept. Pretty sure I should not say I'm not interested because it seems like a terrible place to work...
