I’m in the process of applying for a new job. My current employer does not know and I want to keep it that way due to a hostile work environment. I want to keep doing my job at 110%, secure an offer and put in 2 weeks. They will be blindsided but due to the situation I don’t know how else go to about it.
Now, as I post my resume online and update LinkedIn, etc. Do I open myself as “Actively Searching for Employment” and enable sites like zip recruiter to make my resume searchable and viewable to the public? I am connected with coworkers on LinkedIn so there’s no guarantee they won’t see.
