Advice on quitting

Hello all, I'm a new grad in desperate need for advice.

I hastily accepted a job that wasn't the best. Recently I got offers for two jobs that are better than the one I accepted in every way. Commute, pay, what I want to do, flexibility. Problem is, I would have to quite the job I just started.

Am I allowed to quit remotely, the commute is pretty bad?

Will I be penalized, no document states a fine, and I work in VA so I can legally quit at any time for any reason?

Should I ask advice from my fellow workers?

I'm nervous quitting will not be smooth
