yelled at in interview

Yesterday I went for my second and final interview with a company. They asked me to bring in my transcript. When I got there, I was interviewed by one guy. When I handed him my transcript and he looked over it— he asked me why my gpa was lower than a 3.0 (for mechanical engineering). I proceeded to explain why as I had family issues and test anxiety but was sure I knew the knowledge I learned and could use them in real world applications as I showed in my experience. But instead he began yelling at me that these were not reasons, I wasn’t giving him any reasons and that I wasn’t convincing him to hire me. He was yelling that he wasn’t understanding me.

At the end of the interview, he proclaimed that my test anxiety must be affecting me in this interview and that I need to email him to convince me to hire me.

Is this normal or just plain rude???
