I repeat (names, addresses, phone numbers) incorrectly even though I typed it correctly - I work at a call center - don't know what's up with me.

I started working at a call center and I like it but I feel like there is something wrong. This is what happens: the caller will give me their name, address, and phone number and then I will repeat it back to them to confirm it but there are times that the caller corrects me and as I'm about to correct my mistake, I'm reading it back on the screen correctly as the caller had told me first BUT I DIDN'T SAY IT BACK TO THE CALLER CORRECTLY. Of course I apologize either way but I just don't get it. I happens quite often. I feel like a moron (and sound like one during the call).

I asked someone (not at work since I didn't want to take any chances of jeopardizing my job) and they asked if I have dyslexia and I said I don't think so. Sure there are times i get numbers switched around but that seems normal to me. Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone deals with this. It's super frustrating since that is literally the point of my job, to receive and enter information. I don't know if this has to do anything but I am more of a visual learner and the information is all being relayed aurally (is that the word?) over the phone. So yeah I just find it weird and frustrating that I TYPE IT CORRECTLY BUT SAY IT BACK INCORRECTLY (I don't hear it though). Thanks for any help. Who knows maybe it'll stop but I'm just nervous it won't.
