Hiring company has asked I put together a 60 min seminar to give during my interview. I'm freaking out. Some advice is needed please.

I am a scientist who is looking to move to a biopharmaceutical company from diagnostic assay development. The company has asked me to put together a seminar to give during my interview and they have asked me twice now what the name of my seminar will be. Do I name it like I'm naming a scientific paper or can I just call it "Immunoassay development"? I really don't want to screw this up.

Advice would be extremely welcome. I've never had to do anything like this before!
