24 with no real sense of direction..

I'm a simple person. I work hard and want to build a life I can be proud of. I've got my BA in international Business and Marketing with a 3.4 gpa from a 4 year university but if i'm being honest with myself, that didn't prepare me with many if any at all tools to succeed in the actual workplace.

I've been in the workforce for 2 years post school, been in 2 "corporate-like" settings, each with meaningless, soul crushing day to day tasks with salaries in the lousy 30k-40k range.. I know I want more for my life than generic office jobs doing tasks that realistically could be done by an intern with no degree.

Any suggestions or direction in which I should take my professional career? what am I missing?
