So I made a post on legal advice that will have more background but I work with my father he is in a different department but threatened to get me fired so I am only talking and interacting with him for work now.
The question is should I just move companies or wait it out until he goes to the new job site. I have been with the company for about 2 months now and it's my 4th job this year. Last one laid me off and before that it was just advancements in job level and pay.
