I was recommended by professors to go through a recruiting agency for internship/real world experience. The agency requires that I have 2 previous employers for references with one being my most recent position. I am currently employed right now but I don't want to put them as a reference (not because I don't think they would give me a good reference but because I don't want them knowing). Do you think it would be okay to give my supervisors info from my last two jobs even though my resume shows where I work now?
